Here what others are saying about the DrawSuccess Program:
“I facilitated
this game for one of my clients. The feedback
I received was overwhelmingly positive. Results were
immediate with higher participation in meetings and
teamwork in general. The CEO told me that his team
wanted to know when they could play again. I said
to tell them every 3 months, between which we will
be implementing positive changes in the organization
in support of the takeaway items from the survey
results and playing the game.”

“We played the DrawSuccess
Game internally and were amazed at the ideas we came
up with – which were more creative and proliferate
than we’ve conjured in all-day brainstorming
sessions in the past!. Great Game!”

“I highly enjoyed your program. This
program can really help a group having trouble getting
along or trouble working out a problem.

“DrawSuccess was quite refreshing. It
made for a fun, relaxing learning environment where everyone
was able to put down their guards and learn how to work
better together. I recommend it to anyone and everyone
for use in helping teams improve their performance.”
- Jim, CEO of two small businesses

“DrawSuccess is the perfect
tool for new manager assimilation. There is no
better way for a new manager to get to know their teams,
generate ideas and solutions and build unity. And the DrawSuccess
Team Development Assessment really helps reveal issues,
while the post-analysis helps demonstrate the effectiveness
of the program.”

“Being a member of a large organization I would
like to tell you about a program create called DrawSuccess. It
is aimed at helping organizations develop teams that
function better together. It is unlike anything
I’ve ever heard of in the area of organizational
development in that it incorporates assessments and playing
a board game. I recently participated in DrawSuccess
first-hand and was so impressed that I want to share
the experience to encourage others to take advantage
of this unique and effective team development program.
Just briefly, DrawSuccess facilitated
a three hour session with the training class I was a
part of. Our group—sixteen
people from Canada, Chicago, Charlotte and Atlanta—was
made up of people who knew each other well as well as people
who had never met before. With that in mind I was
a bit skeptical that a Team Development exercise would
be of much value given the number of people in the group
who knew nothing at all about each other. As it turned
out, I was wrong.
We met for a half-day before the
DrawSuccess session on other topics as part of our 2-day
training program. From
my perspective, the meeting was professional and very informative
but it was a bit formal. The participants, especially
those who were new to the group, seemed to be a little
unsure of the dynamic of the group and were a bit reserved. Not
the most productive atmosphere for good, productive training
to occur in for everyone involved. Then, after the “game” the
whole feeling of the group changed—people knew each
other better and there was a much higher level of trust
to build on. The bottom line is that I believe the
DrawSuccess process really contributed to us getting much
more accomplished, much more quickly. And, just as
importantly, we also had more fun working together. I
was so impressed with this program that I recommend it
to others who are looking to take their teams and their
business to the next level. You may also find it to be
something you would like to recommend to your clients.

"Thirty minutes after our first meeting with
one of our new partners in a start-up company, we
were playing Draw Success. Through the course of
the game, we brainstormed individually and as a group,
creating valuable lists for roles, responsibilities,
priorities, values, business focus, etc. What was
exceptional was how quickly the lists were formed
as the timer only allowed a couple of minutes to
come up with your top three or five ideas on the
subject. By the time we were finished we were all
surprised at the number of solid lists created that
would normally have taken hours to form. So while
we were "playing a game" and having some
light fun and getting to know each other through
the game, these lists quickly became a by-product. It
was a great way to fast track our working relationship
and supercharge the formation of our team. Fantastic!!"

“I never thought there was any passion for the
business on my team. Today (with DrawSuccess) I found
out there is a lot of passion and we’re going to
act on it.”
