DrawSuccess is owned and operated by its inventor, Brownell Landrum. Brownell is also the author of the DrawSuccess book, as well as other books and programs.

Brownell's vision for DrawSuccess came from being a member, years ago, of a particularly challenging team.  There was hostility, animosity, detachment, manipulation, frustration, dishonesty, rejection, cliques and ganging-up – and there were only six people involved!  

It was a turning point for her, because she couldn’t stop until she discovered an antidote to such an unsettling and pervasive problem in corporate America. 

DrawSuccess is the solution.  Teams no longer have to be faced with problems of inefficiency, poor communication, and friction.  Instead, players learn how to recognize and appreciate diversity of thought, through which they improve communication, build unity, increase productivity, provide job satisfaction and deliver bottom-line results.  DrawSuccess can transform any organization into a world-class team. 

Brownell is also working on versions of DrawSuccess for students and families, so that these important groups may also benefit from understanding and appreciating differences!

Brownell has worked on teams in marketing, sales, project management, planning, and many others, for over 20 years, with companies of all kinds, including The Coca-Cola Company, Eastman Kodak, Siemens Energy & Automation, The Bloom Agency, Chattem Consumer Products, Long John Silver's, and several others, as well as a two-year study group while getting her Masters in Business Administration at one of the leading EMBA schools in the U.S.
